Pop-Up Shop  at The South Hill Chamber of Commerce Depot

Do you have a love passion for creating homemade items? Would you like the opportunity to sell those items?

Well, we are here for you!

 

Cost Per Vendor: $40 –

To reserve your spot, make your check payable to South Hill Chamber of Commerce.  You can drop off or mail your check to 201 S. Mecklenburg Ave., South Hill, VA  23970.  You can also pay by cash at the Chamber office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-Vendors must provide their own tables.

-We have a limited number of tables/spaces available for rent at $10 each.

·        Conference table – 42”x112”

·        Window sill – 24”x100”

·        High top table – 31”x59”

·        Several 24”x48” and 24”x60”

-Vendor spaces are first come first serve. All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event.

--Event Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm

-Vendors are responsible for leaving their area in the same condition they found it.

-If selling food items vendors are responsible for securing their own permits, licenses, etc. from the Health Department.

-We cannot process Credit Card payments at the Pop Up events.
