The Friends of the R. T. Arnold Library in South Hill hosted the 28th annual Holiday Bazaar over the weekend and several thousand people turned out get started on their Christmas shopping including these ladies who represent four generations of family. These Red Hat Ladies made a day of shopping fun at the 28th Holiday Bazaar in South Hill over the weekend.
